Q: How do credits work?

Credits are interchangeable between validations and searches. 1 credit = 5 email validations or 1 email search. Validations cost 0.2 credits each; searches cost 1 credit each. Use credits across both tools however you want.

Q: Do credits expire?

No, credits never expire. Once you purchase credits, they remain in your account until you use them.

Q: What do I get when I sign up?

You get 100 free credits when you sign up, which equals 500 validations or 100 searches to test our service.

Q: Can I buy more credits anytime?

Yes, you can purchase additional credits whenever you need them. There's no limit to how many credit packs you can buy.

Q: Is there a monthly subscription?

Optional. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring fees. If you use the email finder API regularly, unlimited monthly plans start at $249 per month. You can use both on the same account.

Q: What do unlimited plans cover?

Unlimited plans cover the email finder API: unlimited found emails, with a daily limit of 10K to 75K searches by plan, plus a monthly allowance of single email finder requests. Email validation and the web app remain credit-based.

Q: Can I change or cancel an unlimited plan?

Yes, anytime from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Q: What's the difference between credits, validations, and searches?

Credits are the currency you purchase. Validations check whether a given email exists (1 credit = 5 validations, or 0.2 credits each). Searches find the email for a person given their name and company domain (1 credit = 1 search). Credits are interchangeable across both.

I ran a test on the data and achieved an email find rate of approximately 60%, which is very good. For context, I previously tested 100k records with 34 email patterns and received about 60.5% results. In my experience, no tool consistently provides 80-100% valid emails on large datasets, largely because lead sources often include some inaccurate or low-quality company data. Overall, these results look very solid.
