Listmint alternative

The Listmint Alternative Where Catch-All Emails Cost the Same as Everything Else

Listmint (listmint.io) sells standard and catch-all verification as two credit types on a monthly plan, with catch-all credits capped at a fifth of your allowance. OrbiSearch verifies catch-all, SEG-protected and greylisted emails with one credit at one price, from $0.0002 per email, pay-as-you-go, credits never expire.

Why teams switch from Listmint to OrbiSearch

One credit, one price

Listmint says 30-40% of a lead list is catch-all, then gives you catch-all credits for 20% of it and charges more for them. OrbiSearch charges the same for every email, so a list that is half catch-all costs exactly what a list with none does.

Published pricing past 60,000 emails

Listmint publishes two plans and then 'contact us'. OrbiSearch publishes every pack up to 10 million emails: $103 for 100,000, $311 for a million, $2,023 for ten million, one-time, with nothing lost at month end.

Accuracy you can check

Listmint's 99% and 84% figures are its own, without a published sample. OrbiSearch publishes its 538 hard-bounce verification test and its catch-all domains research, including the share of catch-all domains that any tool can actually resolve.

Accuracy

We publish head-to-head numbers only when we have run a competitor through our own benchmark. Listmint is not in it yet, so the figures below are each company's own published claims, not a side-by-side. Read how the OrbiSearch benchmark works.

OrbiSearch

A claimed accuracy rate and a measured bounce-stop rate are different quantities on different data. We will publish a like-for-like result when Listmint is added to the OrbiSearch benchmark.

Listmint pricing explained

Listmint bills standard and catch-all verification as two separate credit types. Prices taken from listmint.io, checked September 2026.

PlanPriceWhat you get
Starter$99/month20,000 standard (SMTP) credits and 5,000 catch-all credits per month, 24/7 support. Catch-all credits are the more expensive type; the split is fixed at 4:1.
Agency$187/month50,000 standard credits and 10,000 catch-all credits per month, 24/7 support. Same 5:1 fixed split.
Custom creditsCalculatorThe pricing page has a quantity calculator for standard and catch-all credits. The per-credit rates are not published statically.
EnterpriseContact us'Need more credits? Contact us and we'll make you a custom plan.' No published volume tiers.

For comparison, OrbiSearch has one credit type covering catch-all, SEG-protected and greylisted addresses alike: one-time packs from $30 (10,000 emails) to $2,023 (10 million emails), credits never expire, API on every pack.

Listmint plans are monthly; unused credits do not carry over. The 60,000 row compares Listmint's Agency plan with OrbiSearch's 100,000-email pack, the nearest pack above it. OrbiSearch prices are one-time credit packs, 1 credit per 5 emails, credits never expire, and catch-all emails are not billed separately.

Validating millions of emails?

OrbiSearch offers private dedicated infrastructure with white glove support for customers on the 5M and 10M packs. No queues, no file splitting, and we handle data cleaning and quality monitoring. Listmint's largest published plan covers 60,000 emails a month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why look for a Listmint alternative?

Listmint's own homepage says 30-40% of a typical lead list is catch-all, yet its plans allocate only 20% of credits to catch-all verification (5,000 of 25,000 on Starter, 10,000 of 60,000 on Agency) and price those credits higher. Teams with normal B2B lists run out of catch-all credits first and either top up through an unpublished calculator or move to a custom plan. Above 60,000 emails a month there is no published price at all. Teams switch for one credit type at one price, published volume tiers, pay-as-you-go without a subscription, and evidence for accuracy claims beyond the vendor's own figures.

How much does Listmint cost?

Listmint publishes two plans: Starter at $99 per month for 20,000 standard credits plus 5,000 catch-all credits, and Agency at $187 per month for 50,000 standard plus 10,000 catch-all credits, both with 24/7 support. Larger volumes are 'contact us' Enterprise plans. The pricing page also has a calculator for buying custom quantities of each credit type, but the per-credit rates are only shown inside the app. Prices checked on listmint.io in September 2026.

Why does Listmint have two kinds of credits?

Listmint runs two verification processes and prices them separately: standard SMTP checks and the slower catch-all check, which it says 'takes slightly longer'. In its own words, 'our catch-all credits are more expensive than our normal SMTP credits'. OrbiSearch uses one credit type: a catch-all, SEG-protected or greylisted address costs exactly the same as a standard one, and you never have to guess the catch-all share of a list before buying.

Is Listmint's catch-all verification real-time?

Listmint markets 'real-time catch-all verification' through its app and API and its Clay integration returns valid, catch_all_valid, invalid or catch_all_invalid. Its homepage FAQ adds that catch-all verification 'takes slightly longer' than standard verification, which completes 'within minutes'. OrbiSearch resolves catch-all and SEG-protected addresses in the same request as standard ones, single-shot or bulk.

How does OrbiSearch compare to Listmint on accuracy?

We have not run Listmint through our benchmark, so we do not publish a head-to-head. Listmint's own figures are '99% SMTP verification accuracy', '99% catch-all verification accuracy', and '~84% valid' on customer lists versus '~55%' for other verifiers, without a published sample or method. OrbiSearch's published test used 538 confirmed hard bounces from real cold outreach campaigns: 96.3% of bounces stopped with a 3.7% false positive rate, with the method described on our blog. We will publish a like-for-like result when Listmint is added to the benchmark.

Is OrbiSearch cheaper than Listmint?

At the two volumes Listmint publishes, yes. Listmint's Starter plan covers 25,000 emails for $99 per month; the OrbiSearch 25,000-email pack is $39 one-time (61% less). Listmint's Agency plan covers 60,000 emails for $187 per month; the OrbiSearch 100,000-email pack is $103 (45% less, with 40,000 emails to spare). Above that Listmint is custom-priced, while OrbiSearch publishes $207 for 500,000, $311 for 1 million and $2,023 for 10 million. The comparison assumes you use every credit; on Listmint any unused monthly allowance is lost, on OrbiSearch credits never expire.

Does Listmint have an API and integrations?

Yes. Listmint offers a real-time API and a native Clay integration with automatic catch-all verification. It does not list Zapier, HubSpot or sequencer integrations on its site. OrbiSearch has a REST API on every plan and works in Clay through the HTTP API column.

Does OrbiSearch offer anything Listmint doesn't?

One credit type where catch-all emails cost the same as standard ones, published pricing to 10 million emails, credits that never expire with no subscription, an email finder alongside verification, SEG-protected and greylisted email resolution, a published benchmark with downloadable data, and private dedicated infrastructure with white glove data cleaning for the 5M and 10M packs.

Does Listmint offer anything OrbiSearch doesn't?

A native Clay data-provider tile (OrbiSearch runs in Clay through the HTTP API column instead) and 24/7 support on every plan. If your whole workflow lives inside Clay and you prefer a tile to an API column, that is Listmint's advantage.

Can I switch from Listmint to OrbiSearch?

Yes. Upload the same CSV of emails; OrbiSearch returns each address as safe, invalid, risky or unknown, with catch-all and SEG-protected addresses resolved rather than billed separately. The API is REST with an API key, so migrating an integration is a small change.
