Fair Use Policy

1. Purpose
Unlimited email finder plans include usage described as unlimited. This policy explains what that means in practice: it protects the service for all customers while giving you confident, generous limits for normal business use.
2. Applicability
This policy applies to unlimited email finder subscriptions. Pay as you go credit packs are governed by their published per-pack limits and the Terms of Service.
3. Safe harbor
Typical usage within your plan's published limits through ordinary business operation will never be considered a breach of this policy. Bulk email finder jobs on unlimited plans are capped at 10,000 searches per job, with a daily limit of 10,000 to 75,000 searches depending on plan. Natural fluctuations in volume, including busy periods and one-off large projects within those limits, are expected and welcome.
4. Excessive usage
Usage that substantially exceeds typical usage patterns for your plan, or that negatively impacts service performance for other customers, may be reviewed. Sustained continuous bulk submission at or near the mechanical limits around the clock is an example of a pattern that may trigger review.
5. Genuine inputs
Inputs must be genuine prospecting data: names of real people you have a good-faith reason to associate with the company domain provided. Submitting fabricated, randomly generated, or otherwise artificial inputs, or inputs you know or intend not to resolve, is prohibited, including for purposes of benchmarking, probing, or degrading the Service. A low find rate on genuine data is never a breach.
6. Review and remedies
We monitor usage but are not obligated to police compliance proactively. Where usage appears to breach this policy, we will normally contact you first using your registered account details and seek to resolve the matter cooperatively. Depending on the nature of the breach, we may at our sole discretion request changes to your usage, apply temporary limits, suspend access, or terminate the subscription. We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect service stability for other customers.
7. Exceptions and custom plans
If your legitimate needs exceed these limits, contact us. We can grant case-by-case exceptions or propose a custom plan for atypical usage patterns.
