Unlimited plans are flat-rate monthly subscriptions for the email finder, covering both the API and the dashboard bulk finder. Instead of paying per lookup with credits, you pay a fixed monthly price and work within your plan’s caps. They are built for regular email finder workloads: list enrichment pipelines, CRM integrations, products that embed lookup, and recurring CSV enrichment in the dashboard. Current pricing and plan details live on the pricing page.

Unlimited API keys

Unlimited plans use their own API key type. On the dashboard API keys page you can create two kinds of key:
  • Pay as you go keys authenticate the credit-metered /v1 endpoints.
  • Unlimited keys require an active unlimited plan and authenticate the /v1/unlimited endpoints.
The two are not interchangeable. Using a key on the wrong endpoint family returns 403 with code: wrong_key_plan. The one exception is POST /v1/content-spam-check, which accepts both key types. If your subscription lapses, unlimited keys return 402 with code: subscription_inactive and resume working when the subscription is reinstated. See authentication for how keys are passed on requests.

The two meters

Unlimited plans have two independent meters. No credits are ever charged on /v1/unlimited endpoints. Monthly single-lookup cap. Each POST /v1/unlimited/email-lookup response counts one request against your plan’s monthly cap. The cap follows your billing period and resets when the next period begins. At the cap, requests return 429 with code: monthly_quota_exceeded. Daily bulk search limit. A search is one attempt to find one person’s email, so each submitted row costs one search. Each accepted POST /v1/unlimited/bulk-lookup submission consumes one search per row from your plan’s daily limit. You can submit an unlimited number of jobs, each up to 10,000 rows; the daily limit bounds total searches per UTC day and resets at UTC midnight. Rejected or failed submissions consume nothing. At the limit, submissions return 429 with code: bulk_searches_limited and a Retry-After giving the seconds until the reset. The limit is per account and is shared with dashboard bulk finder jobs run on your plan: both surfaces draw from the same daily pool. Single lookups are also rate-limited to your plan’s requests per second, applied per account (creating more keys does not raise it). Check both meters at any time via GET /v1/unlimited/usage. It is free to call and reports usage, remaining allowance, and reset times for both windows.

Endpoints

The /v1/unlimited endpoints mirror their classic counterparts exactly (same request and response contracts); only the metering differs. For lookup semantics, workflow, and code examples, the email lookup and bulk lookup guides apply unchanged; substitute the /v1/unlimited paths and an Unlimited key.

Using your plan in the dashboard

The dashboard bulk finder can run jobs on your plan too, with no API key involved. When you upload a list, the job modal shows a Use unlimited plan toggle. With the toggle on, the job’s rows count as searches against the same daily bulk search limit as the API and no credits are charged; the modal shows how many searches you have left today. With the toggle off, the job uses credits exactly as before. Accounts without an active plan see the toggle disabled. Because the daily limit is per account, API submissions and plan-covered dashboard jobs share one pool. A 429 on one surface means the other is at the limit too.

What’s not included

Email validation (POST /v1/verify and POST /v1/bulk) is not part of unlimited plans, in the API or the dashboard. Validation stays credit-metered, so keep a credit balance (and a pay-as-you-go key for API validation) if you also validate lists.

Fair use

Unlimited plans are subject to the fair use policy. The published limits are the 10,000 rows per job (one search each) and the daily search limits above.

Managing your plan

Purchase a plan from the pricing page. Manage, cancel, or switch plans via the billing portal from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
